Sargam 2012 Go Green is not merely colour, It is an attitude
A phenomenon in itself, the gaudy and most awaited cultural extravaganza, SARGAM is an incredibly energy- beaming cultural fiesta that New Horizon Educational Institution has been organizing and hosting so successfully year after year. No wonder, today, it is widely admired.
This year, it had a special focus--there were all possible shades of ‘Green’, with its theme being ‘Go Green’. In the two days, 100+ colleges and over 25,000 enthusiastic participants filled the atmosphere with sheer vivacity. This year’s basket of bounties carried the competitions under Performing Arts, Creative Act & Arts and as well as Business events to a new level.
A theme that reminds us to be mindful and sensitive about the environment and the frightnening threat that global warming poses to our lives. With temperatures soaring at alarming rates and the fact that we may be heading towards doomsday, it's high time that we mend our ways and save mother nature as well as our lives !
So here's hoping that our initiative shall inspire you to act responsibly and work towards a greener planet that would ensure that our motive reaches greener pastures!

Turn the tap off while brushing and shaving. Use only when its actually necessaryAdjust sprinklers so only your lawn is watered and not the house, sidewalk, or street.Wash your fruits and vegetables in a pot of water.Try and use the washing machine only when its fully loaded, this can save upto 4000 litres a month.
